On Cinco de Mayo we noticed a small percentage of our customer base experienced a bottleneck at one or two locations when ordering and receiving their food. And while we worked as fast as possible, we have to admit we could have done a couple of things differently to organize our pickup process. It's truly a situation we learned from the hard way and one that saddens us because you put your trust in us to deliver.

After verification, customers who did not receive their order will be issued a refund and also provided with an online ordering credit to use at a later date. And depending on the situation, the credit will be extended to other affected customers as well.
Rest assured we will be revising our procedures and processes to improve our services in the future.
